Our process is designed to make furnishing straightforward for developers, investors and project teams. We gather the right information early, agree the specification clearly and coordinate installation around the property programme.
1. Tell Us About the Project
Share the development location, property type, number of plots, floorplans, target buyer, required services, budget and expected completion or launch date. Photographs or walkthrough videos are useful where the property already exists.
2. Choose the Right Furnishing Route
We will recommend a curated Buyer Incentive Collection, a tailored package, a bespoke interior design scheme or a Show Home solution, plus optional items such as window treatments, appliances, lighting and move-in essentials.
3. Review the Specification
You receive a clear proposal setting out the intended products, services, pricing and any assumptions. Where design development is required, we agree the visual direction, room plan and selected finishes before ordering.
4. Confirm Access and Programme
We coordinate the intended installation date with your team. The property must be safe, secure, accessible and sufficiently complete for delivery and installation. Any known access restrictions or programme risks should be identified in advance.
5. Delivery and Installation
Our team delivers the agreed items, assembles furniture, positions the rooms and installs or fits additional products where this forms part of the order and the property is ready.
6. Styling and Handover
Accessories, bedding and artwork are positioned, packaging is removed and the finished property is checked. The home is then ready for photography, marketing, viewings, buyer handover or occupation.
7. Ongoing Support
Where a project includes further plots, relocations or additional services, we remain available to coordinate the next phase and help maintain consistency across the development.
What the Installation Team Does
A furniture package is only complete once it has been delivered safely, installed correctly and presented as intended. The property should be secure, clean, dry, safe and accessible, with flooring and decoration complete before our team arrives.
Planned Around Your Programme
We agree the target installation date and work with your nominated contact to confirm access, readiness and any site-specific requirements — parking, loading arrangements, lift bookings or narrow access. For larger schemes we can agree phased installation dates and repeat inventories across multiple plots.
