Chris Morton-Collings | Founder & Director

Chris Morton-Collings began his career within the finance and retail sectors working with major lenders and brokers in the UK for 12 years.

He started in the international search & recruitment sector in 2007 predominantly focused on UK clients. In 2010 he joined an award winning international workforce solutions provider to create their Energies contracting division. Generating client contracts with a number of major Oil & Gas operators in the first few months he built the recruitment team to over 20 consultants within the first 3 years. Over the last 15 years Chris and his teams have provided over 10,000 personnel to his clients in over 90 countries worldwide generating over £300m in revenue.

Awards with multi-billion dollar projects

In 2015 Chris moved into a Global Business Development Manager position, successfully opening regional offices and delivering employment contracting solutions in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Landing contract awards with multi billion dollar projects in various global locations the partnership networks Chris developed paved the way for the creation of a brand recognised for proactive development and successful project delivery.

Eventually operating as the Global Strategy Director, Chris fully understands the complex requirements of the Energies sector clients and their projects. Focusing on the transitional movements of the clients within the energies sector is now Chris main focus.

With a background as an experienced contract recruiter Chris understands the time pressures that clients constantly face. Offering a consultative “Non-Sales” approach has allowed him to grow strong and stable relationships with clients who know he will deliver on time, every time.

Chris has built his professional career on the basis of honesty, tenacity, hard work and results and those are the values that EDS hold firm to.
